No hot water, they said there hot water heater had not been working properly. However they are still taking reservations which is not ok. After traveling I want to be able to shower

The property needs updating with rooms

A needle was found in my bed!!! Took hours to change room!!! And the bathroom hot water and pressure was horrible

The smell is very bad and all room is dirty. They not give me blankets.

Paid $140 for the night, already taken out of account. Got here and pool not working and they then charge another $150 to my credit card for essentials. Go to desk to ask for change for the vending machines and told they were not working either. The “blanket” on the bed was just a heavier sheet and pillows were just as thin.

The lady at the desk was rude and ran my card, before getting approval for charging a 150$ holding which no other hotel has ever changed when I booked in line. There was no other guests. You book online and then they want to add charges when you arrive. Not somewhere I would ever want to stay. Looks like a run down hotel.
