Methuen Inn and Conference Center

We had to have our rooms changed due to broken TV,toilet and not Clean. The pool was not open and there was no breakfast even though the website stated there was one.

Luke warm shower at best. No ice on the floor my room was on.

I arrived to a room where the phone did not work and there was no hot water. Furthermore, it was a coffee maker, but no coffee nor cups. There are no cups to use for drinking water or anything like that. The soda machine was broken. The pool was not working. Not sure why they open like this.

The overall condition of the place was very poor. The bathtub was rusted around the edges, the walls were damp, and the room had an unpleasant odor coming from the carpets. Due to hygiene concerns, I would not recommend staying there.

I am not sure the place I stayed is the one I reserved as it is so much different to what I had expected. The biggest discrepency is the breakfast. What I got was a paper bag with a can of juice and a package of cereal. Also, there was a drawer missing in the wardrobe. There were no cup in the room.

Not happy at all no ac and the tv didn’t work when I asked to speak with the manager I was told to grab a card

Definitely would not stay here again. Just like the other reviews (which I didn’t read until after I already booked so that’s my fault) EVERYTHING in the room that was damaged in some way. Overall not safe feeling in the area or at hotel but for $108 a night if you are brave it would be worth it.

Bed bugs !!! And no hot water in the morning!!

Very dated, needed painting & some repairs. Packages sitting entry way. Smells of cloves & other spiced. Walls were peeling holes in bathroom wall. I would not recommend to anyone.
