Methuen Inn and Conference Center

My fridge didn't work. I went downstairs asked for a new one and BOOM just like that i had a new one. No issues no hassle,Thank you 💯

Overall the bedroom was stinking, we had no microwave like it shown in the pictures it had on the website, it had a mouse trap behind the mini fridge and hallway in the 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes.

Nice hotel , Clear and safe

Staff took a while to respond to some loud banging in the room adjoining ours. However they were able to resolve the issue once they arrived

This is a good place to sleep. Coke machines, swimming pool inoperative, no coffee in the room, TV abuzz. Ice machine and in-room fridge worked. Staff is friendly and very competent; apparently the computer used at check-in is not.

that was the longest check-in I’ve ever had first waiting in the lobby overfive minutes for somebody to show up to check us in. Then they put $150 incidental hold on the credit card. There’s nothing in that room worth $150 headboard torn and dirty shower curtains stinky desk chipped, mirror chipped. This reminded me our rooms that you pay by the hour. The bottom line is I didn’t stay the night. The sheets did not smell clean. My girlfriend didn’t wanna stay so we left.
