Amazing check in , check out, very nice property. Family members that visit us here while we’re staying all complimented how comfortable the room is.

I broke the glass cup in the toilet. Then the hotel tried to take money for the glass. It cost 4$ in the beginning and I rejected. After checking out, they requested to pay 8$. Again , I rejected. Please request the hotel to inform the customers to pay if the customer break glass cup the customer needs to pay 8$ for each. This is really stupid request.

I booked 2 of 2-bedroom apartment hotel for 3 nights. It was a very nice stay except when they texted me at around 4 am that someone complained about the loud music coming from one of our rooms. I had to call my mother and sister-in-law to turn down the music, but it turned out it was coming from a different room and floor. We could not go back to sleep because of that, so I made a complaint at the front desk. Hopefully, it won't happen to anybody else. I will still go back to stay at Oakwood Premier Cozmo when I visit Jakarta. The hotel has become one of my favorite hotels. The breakfast was good. Also, there are a few restaurants and shops next to the hotel.

Safe, clean, and convinient. Lots of good restaurants nearby

Amazing hotel, so clean and fancy. Gym and Pool are a highlight. Had a great time.
