Great room with fully equipe

Excellent property and excellent staff!

Excellent!

Stayed at 70sqm room and had everything from washing machine, refrig, kitchen with pan and plates. Few supermarkets were available in walking distance and quite many restaurans around which all of them were great. The lotte department store was also close by where it had many restaurants there. I think the shower although still usable, it was almost broken and needs to be replaced. Maybe I should not expect much but amenities are made in china and was reluctant to use.

I used to stay in Oakwood before and now this property seems not up to standard. Staff now responding and breakfast was inferior back then 2 years ago. Little bit disappointed as it used to be my top priority in Jakarta

We got a 2 sleeping room apartment, even booked 1 room, appreciated. The temperature again was quite low, even we switched the aircon off, the temperature remains uncomfortable cold, the whole stay. The strangest thing, all dishes were rapped in plastic foil, pointless measure, driven to excess..., no smear infection ever proven, and now a potential, non existing virus sitting on the foil, instead of the plate's surface. So a lot to fo to unwrap! Overpriced!

Clean apartment, comfortable for family of 3 as we booked a 2 BR unit. The room AC was so cold though..I had to wear slippers all the time. The breakfast is enjoyable and all staffs are friendly. Recommended!

Some aircon problem, made a small noise but the technician handled it very well, staff also very friendly and nice
