Clean room and common areas. Plenty of parking

The Free breakfast was lacking. No fresh fruit was offered. Mostly just breads to choose from, toast, waffles, bagel. Limited choice of cereals. The muffins were dry & hard; not edible. Coffee was empty. I notified the attendant and she brought out more coffee. The tables did not get wiped down after someone used them. Someone left a pack of diaper wipes on the high top bar which was unappetizing. On another note….the air freshener odor when we entered the room was so strong it burned our eyes and throat when we first entered the room. It did subside as we were going in and out several times getting settled. It had a bad industrial type smell.

Absolutely Nothing!!

Zero stars! Terrible customer service. No one answers the front desk or answers emails so you can get your refund. Skip the “manager” doesn’t respond either. Stay away from this property!!!

Convenient distance from most everything you can do in C'ville.

Promised a first floor room and couldn't deliver w/o giving me the wrong room. Rooms markedly smaller than advertised. Riff-raff in hotel and parking lot at all hours. Elevator broken and beeping all day/night.

WiFi connected, but had no bandwidth. Difficult to locate turn-in from main road. Breakfast was just waffles and (cold) cereal. Friendly staff, clean room, bathroom well stocked, shower strong and warm.

We have stayed here before, and the hotel was very good. This time we were put on the first floor, previous visits we were on the higher floors. Unfortunately, this time we could hear everything in the rooms next-door, and the bed was very uncomfortable.
