getting from the parking to the hotel is confusing, it smelt like paint fumes extremely strongly for a number of hours, hallways are dirty.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable.

La reserva fue un poco confusa por que cuando estás haciendo la reserva parece que estás sacando hotel con parking y desayuno y cuando llegas no está incluido y lo tenes que pagar por aparte. La almohada de la cama era muy incómoda.

It suited our needs, was clean and well presented, was budget friendly and the receptionist upon getting was incredibly helpful.

The bathroom design was terrible. The shower flooded into it and the sink overflowed, flooding the whole bathroom. Honesty, the worst design I’ve ever seen. Had to use our towels to mop up and when I told the receptionist at checkout, he immediately dismissed it. No apology or acknowledgment of the terrible design. It was stressful for my daughter and me, as we were worried about damaging property.
