Location

Furnitures are very old, not match with this brand. The sink is designed in a very modern style, but the water flows faster than the drain can handle. It was terrible.

"A comfortable pleasant hotel with exceptional staff and management."

The friendly and very helpful staff. It was my birthday and I received a very unexpected bottle of wine and cake. As an older person I found the use of ramps rather than stairs made getting around easy. The location was easy to reach via taxi and close to major attractions.

The lack of hot water for our shower the next day. However, the manager quickly resolved that and offered to move us to another room or use facilities in another room. We chose the latter but unfortunately the shower was so high that I couldn't adjust it as I am a short person and it resulted in copious amounts of water over the floor of the shower and beyond. This could have resulted in a fall. The food was very expensive (small steak and fries no vegetables $48) and limited in choice if you didn't want to eat pizza.

"A lovely surprise"

The furnishings and just general design of the building was really lovely, felt very luxe. Loved the huge bathroom! Overall great value for money, will be coming back
