Location was good, close enough from the city. And facilities are very friendly and breakfast was really good!

Hair dryer is shared among guest rooms. Hung on a common entrance by a water server. There are two and I easily found them, but if there were full-number of guests at the night, it might be tough to use?

The bed needs replacing and breakfast needs an overhaul. Empty cereal boxes were placed back not removed or replaced.

Not a lot to be honest

Room was very cold on arrival and when I tried to turn the heater on it fell off the wall. After two attempts of the staff attempts for the heater to work I give up and was cold all night. The bed mattress was horrendous it needed to be thrown away. Every movement was received with a boing from the springs in it. Also the pillows were very poor quality and was almost flat. The walls are terrible and thin and the noise on the night was shocking. We did not eat there on the evening as I wasn’t best pleased but we did have the breakfast and it was as ok. We ate at the bulls head a few yards away and that was great. £352 for four rooms for the night and went home shattered. Won’t be staying here again….

We were welcomed and shown to our room even though we were early for check in, which was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was excellent. The facilities were good eg hair dryer, water fountain, tv, kettle and assorted teas and coffee etc. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices for drinks and extras. Overall the location was great a walk into Chichester and close to Fishbourne Palace. The bar area was very welcoming and the lunch was delicious. Overall we would recommend.

For myself, the bed was uncomfortable. It was hard and felt like it needed a topper. For my husband he found it fine. Our room was next to the main entrance to the building so it was noisy at night when people arrived back and had forgotten the door code!
