Friendly staff and great breakfast

Lumpy mattress, chair legs in room wobbly, curtain hanging off rail. I couldn't park in the carpark on coming back after 9pm. Waited for a space on both occasions.

Nice easy to find after a long travel from Devon, disappointed not to be able to get food , I understand thst there was a party of 9 in , but after 6 hours travel I didnt want to go out to get food, but had no choice.

Pleasant welcome, nice breakfast and comfy bed. Nicely set back from the road.

Rooms are bit stark and desk / table a bit small if you need more for working

Lovely accommodation in an annex next to the pub. Plenty of parking spaces. We ate there for breakfast & in the evening and food was delicious. Very friendly helpful staff. Would recommend. Will book again in the future

Lovely friendly atmosphere all the staff were very happy and chatty. The room had all that your needed. And we slept very well. Tea coffee milk towels provided.

We had access to a shared fridge but for me personally would have like to have one in my room. So it was easier to access. Or you have to keep going out of the room as too cold

I liked the ease of checking in and the staff were satisfactory in their communication on how to get to my room and the information pamphlets provided. The room was very clean and tidy on arrival with towels provided. The wifi provided was great and easy to connect to. The bedding sheets were clean and tidy with sufficient pillows provided.

I stayed in room 3 and I found it to be too noisy. The guttering outside was dripping water loudly from the rain on a ladder that had been laid down on the ground behind the building. The heater would make intermittent squeaking noises through the night. The mattress was a cheap sprung one and I did not get the quality of sleep needed.

Good location and easy to find . The Morning breakfast was very good. Room was clean and plenty of Tea n Coffee available in the room.

The wall heater in the room was slow to heat the room and would suggest the owners look to upgrade this .
