Love the lobby area and location. The halls, elevators and stairs don’t seem to clean. The rooms are clean but I don’t like the bean bag in the room..

The couch in room was stained and dirty Bring ear plugs, Police and fire sirens all night.

I had to move twice in two days. The toilet didn’t work and was disfusring, there was a nasty huge leak from the ceiling leaving puddles of sticky stuff on the floor. The whole property was dirty

I like the overall vibe and everything is super clean. Main issue was the elevator by the main entrance is very shaky. Housekeeping tried to get into the room before check out time even though we had the window set to Do Not Disturb. Someone was trying to get into our room at around 3 a.m. a couple tries and woke us up. There’s no shelving in the shower for toiletries. Trash can in the restroom looked like someone threw up in it and it was tossed out, but not cleaned. I loved the AC! Very efficient.

Such a cute hotel! The aesthetic once you walk in was much better than anticipated and was incredibly inviting and fun!

Shower, very poor pressure plus the hotel in general is beaten up and while the lobby area is fun and quaint you need a total overhaul

Barely hot water and no pressure. Shwer head looked old and worn out. Whole hotel needs cleaning up. Felt dirty

The fact it was so different from most hotels.

No refrigerator in the room. No real food options at all in hotel. The smell and temp. Of halls elevators everything not the room stank and the air conditioning was sub par.
