"Old and run down, not keeping up on maintenance"

The Moxy is getting very run down. It’s evident they are not keeping up on maintenance at all. Toilet paper holder broken, shower handle broke off when turning on-among many other broken or just run down issues. The air conditioner was very squeaky and also turned on and off all night very loud despite running the “constant fan”. I literally got no sleep here. Also, traffic from rural road is very loud all night. And hallways dirty with dead cockroaches. The only positive was that staff were very nice and competent.

Casual vibe, nice lobby. Rooms could be nicer. Hallway smell musty. Its an OK stay. Best part is convenience to ASU campus area.

Needs complete remodeling. Room was damp with mold in the bathroom. Pool was not in good shape with missing tiles and broken umbrella.
