Wifi was on and off and room was advertised as having sea view when in reality had side view of sea

It’s a nice hotel on the edge of the tourist area to the west of Paphos. The rooms are large and sea views are superb. Lidl is across the road and most rooms have kitchens and cooking facilities. There were plenty of sun beds and space in the pool to swim or relax. Pool bar is good with no loud poolside music. Main bar has an happy hour where a pint is £1.50 a G & T is £2.50. Cocktails freshly made are £3. Breakfast was great with excellent choices, evening buffet is reasonably priced and ok. Not a huge amount for kids but it is an open, clean safe space.

Room was not a seaview and had no balcony as booked. You had to go to edge of room at patio door or out onto patio to see the sea. It was a pool view with room only a few steps from people sitting by pool so no privacy as bedroom looked out onto this unless you kept curtains closed. Room changed next daybut had to accept car park view as wanted privacy. Me and family and friends stayed before although not in last few years. Wondering if change of control and management in hotel has happened as, although not a 5 star, staff have always been willing to do what they can. Also, second room had iron but a two pin plug when all sockets 3 pin. Rang twice for adaptor or another iron. Never materialised. Gave up then as felt this was level of service that would now expect. Hope above was a blip biut not certain.

On check in they were very rude. The older lady with dark hair.

Convenient location to the hotel. Very close to public transportation and supermarket. Large rooms. Excellent staff. Full value for your money.

Hotel was comfortable and location good, WiFi was very poor, kept on logging you off and was not secure, something unacceptable with current need for online Travel forms with medical and personal details completion to be regularly logged was not good. Restaurant staff were excellent but not so impressed with Bar staff, stayed for 3 weeks and only used the bar twice after service received.

This was a one night stay. Excellent value for price. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Small points no tea or coffee making in room, although there was a kettle and cups. Room phone didn’t work. Over 20 min wait at check in, as queue formed with only one desk working.
