Capital Coast Resort & Spa

The stay was ok, but we were expecting much more from this hotel, the service isnt what we had from our previous stays in other kempinsky hotels in the world

This property is close to a sandy beach which difficult to find in the area.

Overall Friendly family resort ...good location.. large beautiful Suites .. sea access is not the perfect one however you can walk to Coral bay ..Gym .. indoor pool needs renovation and the whole comon areas as,well ..

It's not worth the money we paid! On the photos it looks like a 4star hotel but in reality it looks like 3star hotel. They gave us a room on thw ground floor, where the pool is, and there was a smell of the chlorine all the time. We said to the reception to change us room but the manager there said that it was the smell of the sterilization. He was definetely lying!! The room was too small. Smaller than in the pictures. The bed was uncomofrtable. The furniture old and broken. The breakfast was terrible!!

It was a very good experience with very clean rooms, very good breakfast and excellent location

The hotel is very old with poor maintenance and condition with very rusty staff around the hotel and in the room and unfriendly staff and very rocky beach and no life guard at the pools with many people swimming with night and underwater cloth, towels are not changed every two days, beds are hummed and very old AC units and many many other observations even the iron board and the umbrella are rusty and painting falls from walls everywhere

Overall nice hotel to stay in. Pool was really nice and the staff are very helpful and nice. Hotel is a bit outdated but room was comfortable and clean.

The apartment room and view of the pool/ sea was great. Took an incredible amount of time to check in and out because the receptionist was having a chit chat with customers. I appreciate being friendly, but when you have had others waiting in the queue for over 5mins, it’s time to end the conversation. The buffet meal was poor. No choice and is double the price of any nearby restaurant, a complete rip off.

This hotel is very outdated, The blackout curtain in the sleeping room was removed. The result is that we couldn't sleep. The reception could not help us. They promised to compensate for the next day by offering a sea view apartment for the price of an inland apartment. But because this was not ready yet, we had to come later to receive the key. Going later to the apartment to find out that the receptionist with the black curly hair did not keep the promise and gave us an apartment with a view of a construction site. While we were complaining, a few other guests were complaining about other issues. This receptionist was very rude against all of us. Any help was out of the question
