Service and location were fabulous! Felt like a home, away from home. Would definitely go back. I would suggest taking your own hairdryer and a wash cloth.

This property is beautiful. I love Trompe-l'œil the that they have on the walls all over the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. They do have some onside parking. The biggest problem that I had with this venue is there is no elevator. We were staying in a triple room which are all on the top floor and I walk with a cane which meant there was many many stairs to go up. Other than that I would highly recommend for your Siena trip

Location was excellent...just outside the walled city. Convenient to bus, dining and shopping. Would definitely stay at Hotel Chiusarelli again!

No water in the room, not even to buy. The room we were put in had AC issues (it couldn’t be turned on) and they changed us to another one, this second room had the AC on but the room was extremely hot. The drier in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was somewhat good.

"Elegant and central hotel"

Beautiful hotel in 19th century palazzo. Professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent restaurant for diner (L'Orti di San Domenico). Easy walk to il Campo, Duomo and other sights. It's right beside the Basilica of S Domenico.
