The view was absolutely breath taking and just majestic. The owner went out of his way to ensure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delivered to your balcony which was was plentiful and incredible, a different menu everyday. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed without asking. Staff was always with a smile, very friendly and accommodating.

Great staff support. Panagiotis, the hotel manager, was very helpful and had great recommendations for excursions, restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property itself were great. The issue is that the general manager and the rest of the staff only care about you spending more money. I scheduled what was supposed to be a private transfer to the ferry but had another couple from the hotel join last minute. I was told we needed to leave for the ferry 1pm because of “traffic” when the ferry was at 3:30pm. The general manger completely ruined and wasted my last day in Santorini by saying we had to leave at 1pm just so he had enough time to swing by the airport first to drop off the other couple who joined us for the ride first. The other couple thought they were paying for a private shuttle service as well. When i complained to management about they blatantly lying to me the day before they made excuses and said they would not refund me unless I came back to the hotel. They completely ruined my last day and would not even refund the ride. They only care about taking your money at this hotel.

This hotel is in a beautiful location! The views are stunning. The breakfast is generous and high quality. The extras that are offered by the hotel are very enjoyable, we did the wine tasting tour and it was one of our most enjoyable days on the island. The rooms are smaller than they appeared in the listing and that made things feel cramped at times. Most of the rooms have one small window which looks out at the view and a regular size door that can be opened to add to the view. Our room had a door facing another direction so our only view was through the very small window. In fairness, many of the hotels in Santorini are built in this style, but we will definitely be looking for a place with bigger windows and more access to the view from inside the unit next time we visit. The hero of this place is the outdoor jacuzzi tubs, that sit perched on the edge of the dramatic cliff and offer unparalleled views of the caldera and a sunset that will make you wish you could stop time and stay forever. Unfortunately, we like a jacuzzi hot!! And although the staff made considerable effort to get our tub hot, it never did reach a fully comfortable temperature. However we were there when the weather was cooler, it was quite windy and there was some light drizzling rain. All perfect conditions to relax in a HOT tub, but not so much, a lukewarm tub. For us, it was a huge disappointment. Again, the staff did try to resolve this, it just couldn’t be fixed.

Host aka Fat Boy was most accommodating manager i dealt with. He was 10 out of 10. Abbysanto suites and spa is the best place to enjoy sunset in your personal jacuzzi. Breakfast is something to die for which wason the house...TJ.

What an amazing experience we had! My wife and I have traveled all over the world together but but attention that our host gave us was like no other! We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience, breakfast every morning was delicious, took us on a wine tour of the island, dropped us off and picked us up 24/7 upon request…airport transportation to and from…any questions we had he had the answer for us! WE TRULY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO EVERYONE, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! 👍

The place was immaculate, breakfast almost too lushes, and having a Margarita overlooking the Caldera was exquisite!

Soooo this place is absolutely amazing. I think staying in this are Imerovigly you get the best sunset views of Sanotrini, yes better than Oia. The breakfast is AMAZING, the staff is superb! They help you plan your days when you get there and give you all the help and tips you need for your stay. Just wait til you get there and they do EVERYTHIG FOR YOU! We were so so happy there! I mean it was dreamy, we loved the location we felt like we were right in the middle of the island so not too far from anything,,,,Dont think about it! Stay here, confidently!

Perfect location. Overlooking la caldera. Beautiful sunsets. Walking distance from Fira. Nice and quiet area.

An amazing place to stay with incredible views over the Caldera and sunset. Impeccable service, nothing was too much trouble. There’s plenty of places to eat close by, but it’s also an easy 25 min lovely walk into Fira for more choice. The breakfasts that are brought to your room are incredible, huge choice of dishes, far too much to eat all of it! Thoroughly recommended.
