Amazing place!

The manager is absolutely horrible. Our flight arrived at 3AM and I had scheduled a pickup at the airport through the hotel. They stated a driver would be outside with a sign with my name on it. I couldn’t get my phone to work so after 20 minutes we decided to take a taxi. While in the taxi I finally got my phone working and got through to the hotel. The manager argued with me that the guy is at the airport and hung up on me. When we got to the hotel the gate was locked. The same guy answered and was upset that we were already there, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the driver to show up with our room key. Our room was far from what was stated on the booking. I went down in the morning to discuss the driver not being there and to get a different room. He argued with me that he was there and basically called me a liar. Refused to change the room even after I showed him the printed out booking stating that we would have a private balcony. I told him that I wanted to cancel the remaining days and he refused because it said non refundable. I argued that it should be because we didn’t get what was stated on the booking. He still refused. I’ve been to santorini many times and the hotels have booked four wheelers or mopeds for us. When I asked if he can book some he asked if we had some special grey license. We walk down the street and had them in a matter of minutes. They told us not to drink the water but only gave us two free water bottle the first night and charged us for t

This is an awesome hotel - exceptional views, exceptional rooms, exceptional hospitality & exceptional management. People come to Santorini to see the beautiful water and sunsets. This is a great place to soak it all in. The views are awesome. The rooms are built on/in terraces of the hill. Every room has a fantastic view. The room and the entire property were extremely clean and well tended. I know this is considered a 5 star property, if available, I'd give them 6. Hotel staff at all levels were focused on guest happiness and guest service. It's clear they were all very well trained and enjoyed their work. Special accolades for Athina, property manager for orchestrating a great staff. Every one of the staff members worked with a smile and with joy.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding. Very kind and friendly. We had a great holiday. The food from the kitchen is great and it is shame that the restaurant is not used more. We were the only diners there while we stayed. However I know the reason why which is one reason why I did not give a higher rating. The hotel does not accept credit cards on site. They only accept cash for any room service or any excursions you book through them. In this day and age in a luxury location (where you spend a lot) this is a "no-no". They need to get this fixed. The views from the hotel are unbelievable. It is like the postcard image. The sunsets are fantastic. I took my son for his summer holiday but this place is made for couples. So romantic. My second reason why I did not give top marks was the place really needs to be refurbished once a year after the season. Re-painted, everything in top order for the next season. Speaking with the manager the hotel had not been through such an update for at least 5 years. This showed on some of the paint and the jacuzzi in the room (we didn't use it) and our shower had a tendency to flood (the drains had not been cleared). If these issues were attended to I would have given this place an excellent rating because the staff are marvelous!!

Location is incredible, view is amazing. Friendly, helpful staff and delicious food too. Pool and Jacuzzi clean and relaxing. Staff knowledgeable and want to help you plan your day. Can walk into Fira and Skaros is down the path. Was delayed arriving (flights) but allowed check in early, very appreciated.

Green salad has amazing secret dressing! My kids love their shrimp pasta! Great tour, all staff very helpful!

Property was perfect! I have no complaints. Amazing views. Exceptional customer service. Nice spa. Romantic rooms. Hotel offers transportation services anywhere on the island. Breakfast delivered to you every morning. From the front desk, to the hotel drivers, to the cleaning staff - Thanks for everything. My wife and I will come here again. It was hard leaving this place. Bathrooms are very small and we were told not to use tap water but they don’t replenish bottled water!
