L’hotel è situato fronte spiaggia. A due passi dal centro. Camera spaziosa e colazione buonissima

L’hotel ha bisogno di una piccola ristrutturazione, i bagni in camera sono ancora stile anni 90 . Ho soggiornato 2 notti, prezzo camera troppo alto viste le condizioni della struttura

Upon check out, returning our room key, assuring all balance is paid, also receptionist gave us key to parking gate to access car. Returned back key, yet once we were 2 hours drive away, we realised we left our ID cards which reception retained upon arrival. Yea, upon check out we forgot about them, but if check out was done diligently, receptionist would have had them ready to hand over. Make matters worse, asked them to post them and sent me a message to charge me €35 for postage!!! Ridiculous customer care. Normal post which will cost less than €3 is suffice. Situation was handled very poorly

Noise. I prefer more silent room.

Our Room smelled of strong drainage smell from the bathrooms, the mattresses and the pillows are not comfortable.

The room was good and the location was perfect for our needs. We needed to stay for one night as we continued our journey further in towards Agrigento. The location is next to the beach and it is perfect if one would like to stay at the beach with the family since it is just a couple of minutes from the actual sea.

The hotel is rather in need of a good upgrade. Despite having all the necessary amenities it is quite old. However, on the whole it has been a good value for money having to stay for just one night before continuing with our journey.

Great view, however the morning staff was really polite and smiley.

- First, having to return my key to reception each time I left the premises was inconvenient. I was even chased down the road. - Second, I had to call for assistance three different times due to issues with the room. - Lastly, the shower didn't have a proper door, causing the entire bathroom to flood.
