The hotel was nice overall. Very good breakfast and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We loved the closeness to the beach and that the center was only a 15 minute walk. The walk was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The AC in the room worked great.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bed mattresses need to be updated. It felt like sleeping on straight springs.

Great spot across the street from the beach , they have there own beach chairs, family run very nice .had a late dinner in dinning room , looks like they had to run out and buy tge ingredients for our meal , dinner was exceptional. Easy walk in the boardwalk to town centre , lots of dinning options , fresh seafood everywhere.

The only draw back is the bed mattresses have had there day and need to be retired.The bathrooms need some new caulking in the shower. Parking is anywhere on the street but there is parking on the strip. Beware the bar next door has live bands that don,t start untill 11pm and run till 1am. So you will not sleep until after 1am
