Dirty dishes in the room, no room cleaning while there, had to pay if you wanted wifi, over priced for what you get.

Great property! Clean, nice large rooms, great pool. Only downside was there is no wifi in the rooms, you need to be in the lobby to access free wifi.

Excellent hotel with everything you need. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff were excellent and amazingly helpful. Parking was free and there was lots of space. The room had everything we needed, even to cook for ourselves without hassle. Rooms were also very quiet and good temperature. Bathroom very clean. The spa was very good and the laundry rooms were clean and easy to use. Some of the guests were quite drunk at the pool, causing commotion and tainting our experience, but I understand that the hotel can’t easily control that. Overall, almost faultless. The only thing I’d think that would make it absolutely perfect is free wifi in the rooms. Would definitely recommend for anybody and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, it had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bed was comfortable. It was a quiet and beautiful location right next to the mountains. I would highly recommend.

It was great having a kitchen in the room; the lobby was very nice with an outdoor patio. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub although it closed at 10:00 p.m. Should be open a bit later at least until 11:00 p.m. Also, the photos showed a billiard table which was no longer there and we were looking forward to that. Seems like a 10:00 a.m. check out is also pretty early and would have preferred at minimum an 11:00 check out but when I see check outs for Noon I'm usually drawn to those properties.

The view from the room was beautiful. The cost of wifi was absurd.

The hotel was fairly clean and comfortable; we didn’t receive housekeeping services but I think that was upon request only and I hadn’t read that ahead of time. It was nice having the kitchenette as we planned for that and brought a few things. There was no restaurant on site which we would have liked, but the hotel is not far from town centre so it wasn’t a big deal. The pool/hot tub was clean and nice to use though smaller. All in all it was an enjoyable stay and I had no major complaints at all. I would definitely stay again, if the rates were more reasonable than a hotel with more amenities like a restaurant or bigger pool.

Family and I had a great stay and enjoyed being at your hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and organized.
