WorldMark Canmore - Banff

The property is clean and in great shape. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool and hot tubs were great and used a lot by our family. We were in a one bedroom suite which was a little tight. The king bed in the bedroom was really comfy. The pullout couch was big but horrible. Thankfully we also brought a foamy so the kids slept on the floor. It seems crazy to not have free wifi, even though we knew beforehand it still seemed like something so easy and cheap to throw in with your room cost. Overall it was a good stay but because of the pullout, size of the room and no wifi I will look at other options before I book this one again.

Quiet. Close to trails for biking and hiking.

Charlie and Cher were helpful with the information I needed to have a wonderful time in Canmore. The room was clean, specially the washroom I'm very particular, it was spotless. Kudos to the hotel staff, my experience in Canmore was memorable. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

The room was big and cozy. It was facing the mountain. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice stay, very friendly service, clean. We were skiing and were very happy we had somewhere extra to store our skis. I would recommend installing hooks into the bedroom and bathroom. No where to hang our towels and things, other than the one small closet. Was surprised we had to pay for extra wifi. Otherwise, it was nice!

Great location

We requested a king size bed and we’re giving a queen bed and when we brought it up to the staff they said well we don’t want to change any of the other guests that are coming in over the next couple of days so you’re pretty much stuck with your room. There was also a cocoon with some kind of insect in the room that was about to hatch so that was kind of gross and the plug-ins in the kitchen where the coffee maker was didn’t work and then they come and supposedly fixed it but it wasn’t fixed and yeah that’s the majority of it. One other thing the checkout time is earlier than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in all my life and the check in time is later than any other hotels so yeah we won’t be staying there again.

Excellent pool and hot tub. We were there in very cold weather and were still able to enjoy the hot tub. The rooms were very clean and well apointed.
