Melati Beach Resort & Spa

I thought the pool was amazing. I also rated the service pretyy highly, especially from Bisu. Lastly, the pool villa was spacious and basically we loved the comfort within that room, compared to everywhere else we stayed in Samui.

The spa was fully booked. The breakfast was OK. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

The staff and facilities are fantastic. Amazing value for money. We will return again!

The food was just okay. The platinum card is a bit clunky as if you get a F&B or Spa discount, they can't be applied to the card. We had to take off the discounts and then apply it to the card. It could be simpler.

The staff were incredible and so accomodating. The location was perfect and the resort was so clean

Perfect resort for families. Not too crowded. There’s a Kid’s club near the pool and the beach was good. Staff were exceptional. We were grumpy from travels and kids and they were so understanding and did everything to help us settle.

Location is a bit far and you would need a car to get out. There was a night when they did not have ala carte for dinner and the buffet, which was expensive, was the only option.

Unser Aufenthalt im Melati Beach Resort war sehr angenehm. Am besten hat uns das freundliche Personal (unter anderem Phadthai), das tolle Zimmer (Pool Villa) und der gesamte Charme des Ortes gefallen. Es war generell sehr ruhig in der gesamten Anlage, außer am Strand und am Hauptpool wo tagsüber verständlicherweise die meiste Aktivität herrschte. Kleiner Tip: Wem der Trubel am Strand zu viel wird, der kann in der Mitte des Resorts zum Sanctuary Pool gehen. Dieser ist in der Regel kinderfrei und geht auch gut um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Dort kann man herrlich entspannen, lesen etc. Es gibt zwei sehr gute Restaurants, das Restaurant am Strand bietet auch westliches Essen an. Die Preise sind einem 5 Sterne Hotel angemessen und die Qualität stimmt. Das Spa in der Nähe der Rezeption hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe des Hotels einen 24h Shop, er ist innerhalb einer Viertelstunde per Fuß zu erreichen und bietet das Sortiment eines 7/11 inklusive günstigem Bier. ;) Alles in allem ist das Melati sehr empfehlenswert – insbesondere für Gäste, die bereit sind, den entsprechenden Preis zu investieren.

-Das Wasser in den beiden großen Pools ist sehr warm und kaum erfrischend. Der Pool unserer Villa war angenehmer. -Das übliche Pool- und Strandliegen Reservieren der Gäste (Dafür kann das Hotel nichts)
