Sandos Benidorm Suites

Please don’t waste your money on this hotel!! Where do I start with my awful stay at this hotel!! When we arrived we like our hotel room we thought it was half decent nothing special after we un packed and settled in went down to the bar and bar staff are very rude, they kept saying if we didn’t tip we wouldn’t get served but we refused as we only tip if service is good and they refused service, this made the atmosphere for us very hostile and uncomfortable! The next day we went to the pool which is very nice and had some lunch. The food here is absolutely awful! The best thing about the restaurant was the waiter and waitress they were lovely and hardworking. We ended up drinking and eating elsewhere due to feel uncomfortable to even step foot in the bar. During one of my nights here I found loads of silverfish in the bathroom and some sort of staining brown powder that’s stained my clothes? I have had not 1 good night of sleep while here as the walls are paper thin! We also had one of the housekeeping ladies steal some of my mothers and my medication which is very concerning! The Indian restaurant was very nice but gave an dodgy tummy the next day. The drinks here are vile and cheap the only half decent drink they made was a mojito which they reused to make most the time. All together this hotel is totally not worth the money and you are better off elsewhere we are annoyed that this hotel experience has ruined our holiday!!

Las habitaciones súper grandes y las camas súper cómodas hemos ido varias veces eso si siempre nos han dado un obsequio de una botella y este fin de semana nada y lo del hervidor de agua no pusieron ni azucar ni nada

Lovely clean hotel,food is excellent, great choices,I was all inclusive, Dennis the manager is brilliant he was flat out working with all the rest of the staff but always made time for everyone that needed help, we had lovely views of the pool and we also could see the sea as we were on the 13th floor, shops, bars and 2 tobacconist along the the street that leads down onto the sea front. The swimming pool is open throughout the day plus the lovely burger bar. Indoors has good entertainment at night, bar staff are so nice, apart from one night they thought it would be funny and turned the lights all off while we were all finishing up our drinks. The walls in the rooms are shockingly thin you hear everyone's conversation as if they were in the same room. There was one woman at the reception when we landed wasn't very nice at all,but the wee young girl was so helpful.

Great base for everything needed on Benidorm holiday. We booked fairly last minute in hope of some much needed sunshine. We were lucky with the weather it was warm and sunny. Hotel for the price we paid was great Very clean and tidy beds made daily and towels changed. We were all inclusive and found the food standard good , especially the breakfast so much choice . Evening food was good it could do with a kids food area For example fries , chicken nuggets ( my kids are fussy with some foods) Plenty of choice for adults though. We stayed on floor 4 which suited us. The teen club was a bonus as my son loves fifa ! around the pool was nice . The sangria is a must to try . The man that works on the pool snack bar was very friendly ( I didn’t catch his name) I would return to this hotel .

Good location quiet but in walking distance of the beach, the strip and the old town. Atmosphere at night was enjoyable and had variety. The rooms were lovely, clean and beds are comfortable. The toilet seat must of been slightly loose, we didn’t even report it but maintenance came and fixed it. So they are super aware. The food is delicious, lots to choose from, there’s something for everyone. Bar staff are great and the drinks are good too Overall great value for what we paid.

We’ve just arrived home from the best holiday we’ve ever had, having stayed at the Sandos Benidorm Suites hotel. The Hotel is in our humble opinion, the best in Benidorm. We stayed for a week, our first all inclusive holiday abroad. On arrival staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, despite us arriving on the airport transfer bus from Alicante, at gone midnight. Cases into luggage room quickly and told to “ go get a drink “ from the bar, understood we’d had a very long day flying out and travelling. Hotel is totally spotless from top to bottom. So much I mentioned to my wife,… You could’ve eaten your dinner off the floor. Our apartment was on the 18th floor eek! Scared. Not being one for heights I was suitably nervous until we got to the apartment. Beautifully decorated and so clean, comfortable beds, bathroom and toilet. Sizeable balcony with the best view of Benidorm and the surrounding mountains. The food at the hotel is to die for!, So many choices we didn’t know what to choose. All cooked to perfection, my compliments to the chef and kitchen team. Great bar staff and good collection of beers , spirits and cocktails. My daughter loved your cocktails by the way!. I loved the Cruzcampo lager too. Hotel staff always cheerful, happy to help, and answer questions, your hospitality was exemplary. Your team helped us fall in love with Benidorm and the Costa Blanca so much on our first holiday abroad, we’re already missing Spain!…. We’ve vowed as a family, on our last day in Benidorm, we’d be back again next time, in the same hotel, in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for helping us fall in love with Spain and the Costa Blanca. . I highly recommend Benidorm Sandos Suites to anybody looking to visit Benidorm, you will not be disappointed.
