El suelo del plato de ducha y que no tiene bidé

Great hotel the place is spotless and the staff are really great. The rooms are very spacious and fitted the 3 of us without feeling cramped. The best part was the food, loads of variety and really delicious. We would normally eat out 3 or 4 nights when we go all inclusive but with this hotel we didn’t eat out once .. the food was too good in the hotel to miss out on it. Also the cocktail menu was great , loads of different cocktails to choose from. Big thank you to all the staff we are going to book again for our next visit to Spain

my husband and myself have been here a few times but my mum (85)as been coming 20+ years with my dad , sadly dad passed away so we try and come once or twice a yr to this hotel but this time it was a let down firstly we upgraded to select we were on floor 8 mum on floor 14 ( mum had to pay upgrade at hotel) we always request rooms as near as poss mum was there a day before room made upto a select coffee machine was filthy , fridge wasnt stocked up until day 2 restaurant was awful cold food , guests coming to breakfast in pyjamas, kids sat alone eating. I pointed this out numerous times to simone who did nothing. it clearly as a dress code on door yet no one manning door just a free for all when doors open. entertainment hit n miss indian restaurant was very good best and warmest meal we ate toilets in main bar area always dirty reported time n time again only one lift for rooms on even floors staff look unmotivated apart from claire on reception who tried to address issues especially in dining room lots of regular returning guests who all said same its lost its pride rooms are tired mums says used to be self catering and still same decor sadly we wont be returning

Positives. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to to the beach and tram, but fa4 enough out to be quiet. The food was fantastic. Something different everyday and it was great to have the chance to try new things. The restaurant staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The rooms and balconies are spacious and having doors between the sleeping area and sitting area is great. Negatives. The rooms are very tired looking, especially the bathroom which was stained with a marked toilet seat. We had booked a superior junior suite which meant we were on the 24th floor with fantastic views. For the extra you pay you have a free safe and 2 extra chairs on the balcony, and of course the view. The door to the balcony didn't shut properly, which was very noticeable when it got very windy. Being in a superior suite we were entitled to a coffee pod machine to be requested at reception. Don't bother. It is absolutely useless. 1 of our party had a birthday while there. In every other hotel there has been some sort of acknowledgement of this. Sadly not here. The entertainment was pretty awful, except for Pablo Bloom. The animation team worked hard with the Paella and cocktail demo being very good. However you have to ask at reception for a printout of the week's programme. The bar area is larger and well kept. Some of the bar staff were more interested in chatting to their colleagues or looking at their phones than serving. The evening staff were much better. Most of the time there was no drinks menu available. The Indian restaurant is fantastic, so if you have the chance, I would recommend. We normally stay in a hotel where the guests are mostly Spanish. We'll probably go back to that as the behaviour of some of the British guests was awful.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the cleaners came in daily with fresh towels. Pepe behind the bar was friendly and is the best cocktail maker EVER!!! In general the food was lovely and we would highly recommend the Indian restaurant. My husband used the gym on a daily basis and found it clean and well equipped. The entertainment for adults could be improved but bars and clubs are only a 10 minute walk away. The overall atmosphere at the hotel was welcoming and we are looking forward to returning again in the near future.
