Sandos Benidorm Suites

Returned to the Sandos for our 10th time love this place area location great. Hotel rooms spacious all you need. Layout of hotel excellent. Food drinks great choice. Staff attentive and helpful. Our family have always enjoyed breaks away here . We have experienced Summers and out of season here. The hotel is always busy which lets you see how good it is. We always see same reception/ bar/restaurant staff all lovely people. Thank you and we are returning in August again🏖✈️🥂🍹👌☕️

Stayed here for a week from the 23rd March, the location was good far enough away from all the madness but close enough should you wish and the beach, hotel lovely place very clean, nice rooms which got cleaned everyday, huge balcony, all the staff very friendly and helpful if needed, most of the bar staff very friendly the scottish young ald and the girl from the midlands especially friendly, the only negative we found was the food most nights was always on the cool side i used the microwave most times, the indian restaurant was a nice change also also if not really the same as back home!. No plans to return to benidorm as was just a last minute couples holiday, but if we did would have no issue stopping here again.

We stayed at Sandos Benidorm Suites for 5 nights. We had a package holiday and the transfers went pretty smoothly. Location is great, close to shops and a 15 minute walk from the beach. We arrived on a Sunday at around 12 pm, rooms weren't ready (as we were early), but we had a place to store our luggage and could use the facilities, like the bar and have lunch (starts at 13:00). Our room was ready at 14:30. Reception staff was welcoming and friendly, however we didn't have a thorough explanation about the facilities. We were told that we could scan the QR codes and easily access the information, however the QR codes would not work and the Hotel website doesn't provide the relevant information. We went off season, and although the hotel still has entertainment, the pool bar is closed. You can access the pool, but is not heated, so it was naturally cold. Food was buffet style and had a lot of variety, a mix of Spanish and British cousine. There was some vegetarian options for lunch and dinner everyday, and the staff was always friendly. The room was clean, but the bathrooms are a bit outdated. The staff will come and clean the rooms everyday if necessary. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel and Benidorm. Great value for money.
