We really enjoyed our week at this hotel, everyone was lovely from start to finish. From walking in and being greeted, to the bar staff (hilarious people and so down to earth), the restaurant team (so welcoming and helpful with anything you need) and the cleaners (amazing!). The atmosphere was brilliant, especially the entertainers during the day, constant activities and having treat carts around in the mid afternoon. One of the entertainers (sorry i can’t remember his name) was fabulous, really interacted with everyone of all ages, not just the children and went above and beyond in his job. You could really tell he loves what he does. The location is good, a short walk to the outdoor market, other places such as bars and shopping centers, and a short walk to the beach. The entire hotel was super clean, especially the rooms, we had them cleaned each day and the cleaners were super on it with keeping everything fresh. The whole hotel was constantly being cleaned, the pool and poolside all sprayed down, swept and cleaned every single morning, as well as the pool itself. The evening entertainment wasn’t too bad either, some better than others but obviously it is to do with what you enjoy. Great value for money, we booked through TUI all inclusive. If you stay for more than 5 nights you also get a complimentary ticket for a meal one night at their separate restaurant, we didn’t go in but think it was an indian restaurant, which you can book separately also, we just didn’t want to this time however would love to do this next time. The noise was also very good, lifeguard made sure to check up on people and make sure the atmosphere was good. And eventhough the night entertainment was on till midnight we couldn’t hear it in our rooms on an early night. This hotel was just amazing and we will definitely be coming again, thankyou so much for having us!!

The hotel is clean and tidy. The food is good, although sometimes things don't really go together, a bit of a mix and match offering. Staff friendly, entertainment team excellent, Sometimes the bar staff were talking amongst themselves and took longer to attend to people. Room was excellent, lots of space, cleaned daily. Evening entertainment was good. Pool area is clean, although small, I expect this would become crowded in peak weeks. Location is quiet. The walk to the front takes about 20 minutes, and is a slight incline walking back. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is such a mix of highs and lows. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious and clean with comfy beds and sofas. There was a kettle and fridge but you had to ask at reception for tea making products. The bathroom was large with an amazingly powerful walk in shower but there were a few minor remedial cosmetic jobs that needed doing. We were told we would have a pool view but on the first floor you cannot see the pool because of the entertainment lounge roof. We requested a ground floor suite but found out on arrival that there are no ground floor rooms at all. The staff were pleasant and helpful but seem somewhat jaded at reception. The food was plentiful but made for the masses and I can't honestly say I really enjoyed any particular dish except for the pancakes each morning. Bar snacks were available throughout the day with freshly grilled burgers, hotdogs, kebabs and chips always on the go. The all inclusive drinks were good and available at different bars depending on the time of day. Housekeeping was good too and the rooms were cleaned each day. The hotel is also in a less busy area but only 10 minutes walk from the old town. The pool area is large with plenty of sunbeds and the pool is decent but be warned for those travelling early in the season, it is not heated and is very cold. My son usually loves the pool but could only brave it twice in a week, for 15 minutes or so before he couldn't take any more. The hotel is 25 floors high and has 4 small lifts, 2 that service even numbered floors and 2 that service odd numbered floors. Luckily we were on floor one and could use the stairs because there was often a wait for the lifts. The entertainment varies by standard between good and tragic but for us we weren't that bothered about staying up for it. The hotel is a family hotel and the bar and music stop at midnight. So, all in all up to this point I would have given the hotel a 4/5 but what is not made clear is just how thin the walls are between rooms, you can literally hear every word your neighbours say as if they are in the same room. We listened to kids calling their relatives, to a fight between between a couple, to two guys laughing and swearing at 2am and singing at 6am etc etc. The staff are used to complaints about this and acknowledged the problem is common across all rooms. They agreed to swap rooms for us but said they couldn't guarantee what we would experience from our new neighbours. For me privacy, a good sleep and relaxation are a massive part of a good holiday and so for this reason I would not stay here again. You simply cannot guarantee who you will get as a neighbour, and you will pretty much get to hear everything they say.

Very good value for money hotel - great pool, large room and 10 mins walk to beach

We stayed here as a family and overall had a good experience, but it’s definitely one of those places where some things stand out more than others. The location worked well for us – around a 15-minute walk to the beach, so not too far but also not right in the middle of all the noise. The hotel itself is quite tall (around 25 floors), and the views from the rooms are honestly amazing – easily 11/10 and probably the highlight of the stay. The hotel is generally clean, no complaints there, but you can tell that in high season it must get very busy. You kind of feel it already with things like the elevators – there are four, but one wasn’t working during our stay, and the others are split between even and odd floors. At busier times it can be a bit of a mission to actually get in one. Rooms were clean but definitely tired. They could really use some renovation, especially bathrooms. Beds were comfortable though, and the balconies were a big plus. Food was… okay. Nothing terrible, but also nothing exciting. The choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner was quite limited, and the show cooking wasn’t great. On the plus side, everything seemed fresh. Snack bar was actually better than some of the main meals. For kids, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. There is a playground, but it’s small and quite worn, and overall the hotel doesn’t feel very well set up for younger children. Mini disco was very short (around 15–20 minutes), which is a bit disappointing because that’s usually what kids look forward to the most. There were some activities during the day, but not loads. The absolute standout here is the staff – easily 11/10. Really friendly, helpful and just made the stay better overall. Big thanks to Jesus and Henry at the bars, always in a good mood. Mateo deserves a special mention – speaking Polish made things much easier for us and he was really helpful with tips and anything we needed. Also Simeone in the restaurant, great with kids, and Iva at reception who was very welcoming and helpful. Cleaning could have been better – during our 5-day stay the room was cleaned only twice. One time they came during our child’s nap and didn’t come back later, which wasn’t ideal. All in all, I’d say it’s a solid 4/5. Amazing views and staff really carry this place, but it would benefit a lot from renovation, better food variety and more for kids.

1. Location- for us as a family with 2 young kids location was good, far enough from party places, close enough to walk everywhere including beach. 2. Atmosphere- friendly enough. Great staff in bars and some of buffet 3. Rooms- would say in need of refurbishment (bathrooms especially, we had one with wonky walls, for sure that didn't give 4* vibes), door beetween rooms didn't close, good balconies, comfy beds! 4. Value- as of April prices value was good for money paid. Bare in mind it wasn't high season, pretty sure it would be ultracrowded 5. Cleanliness- nice and clean throughout whole hotel 6. Noise- as mentioned before- paperthin everything! We stayed at 3rd floor and could here everythibg downstairs during evening entertaiment, next doors, upstairs etc. Like whole conversations. Feel sorry for people next to us as our baby cried a lot so probably we have ruined someone's holiday. 7. Service- great!!! Both bars (outside and inside) amaizing service! Feel like we should give a shout to few people: Jesus and Henry- always smiley and friendly, great coctails and kids really liked them. Separetly for Mateo- nice to be able to order in Polish and get some inside tips from him for our trip. Very helpful for pople who struggle with English. And need to mention that they serve best mohitos we ever had in any of the hotels while on all in :) Buffet restaurant- Simeone- so nice and helpful everynight(we needed milk for baby, that is not served at dinner), great with kids! Thank you!!! & Iva at reception- thank you for warm welcoming and help with all of our questions! 9. Amenities- We went all in, buffet food not so great choice, breakfast not really ready at 8, snack bar amaizing! Better pick than some of main meals to be honest! Kids entertainment- ladies are nice and wlecoming, mini disco- not soo good, very short like 15mins max, bit a shame as kids love it. Plus for face painting (but instead of that day's mini disco). Some games during the day. Oh! Worth to mention great show of paella cooking and sangria making! No idea who was the person that was in charge of it but great spirit :)

Hotel was clean tidy and the staff were brilliant able to have a laugh or just a general chat with any of them food was reasonable with plenty of choice so a fussy person like myself could always get something entertainment staff were good always willing to engage rooms were a decent size and kept clean by staff had a little difference of opinion at check in with Claire the receptionist in the beginning she took the hotel trained response spoke with an assertive tone which some would say angry tone but was definitely not but she also listened to my point of view and everything was resolved in a very amicable manner so thanks for listening would definitely go back loved every minute of it apart from ten at the start so thank you very much
