Sandos Benidorm Suites

Myself and my husband recently visited with our 8 month old son. Upon arrival it was clear he was one of the only children at the hotel due to the time of visiting which worried me but after only a short time I knew I was wrong to worry. The staff were incredible with him and I can’t fault how welcoming it felt especially with travelling with a young one. Special mention to Nico and Fanny from the restaurants who were incredible with him. The hotels location was perfect. Not too far from the main attractions, bars restaurants and beaches but far enough away that it’s quieter which was perfect whilst travelling with our young one. Rooms were pleasant and served their purpose for our stay. Food was one of the better offerings for all inclusive that we’ve had from many holidays in the past. All in all, We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Staff were lovely

Returned recently from 5 nights in this hotel, stayed many years ago when it was the flamingo and the update from Sandos is brilliant. All of the staff were lovely from reception to cleaners to the bar staff (we had a great rapport with Matthew and Henry on the main bar!). Shout out also to Jerome one of the entertainers, he kept us giggling the entire stay with his whit with the guests. Food we only ate a few times but always had plenty to offer, hit and miss on some things but there’s that much on offer you’ll always find something. We can’t wait to return!

First impressions of this hotel was good. Its in a quiet location not far from the beach. The reception staff were friendly and told us where we could leave our bags until our room was ready. Our room wasn't the room we had booked, we were allocated a disabled room, if we'd been here for longer than 4 nights I would've asked for a different room. The hotel is kept very clean although more attention to detail in the rooms is required. I wouldn't have expected rusty legs on the bathroom stool, paint peeling from door frames from where they've got wet or panels coming away from the wall. The rooms in this hotel have paper thin dividing walls and like others have said you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING that goes on in the adjoining room. Invest in the best ear plugs that you can afford. It has certainly put me off returning. Very disappointing to have cocktails and other drinks served in plastic glasses, especially in the bar of an evening, definately not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. The food was average but with plenty of choice. Can't comment on the entertainment as we were out every night.

Spent 4 days here. Lovely clean hotel, very pleasant staff. Food was ok, we always found something to eat. Lots of elderly guests with mobility issues. A lovely walk into town. The Soul Bar, Jail Rock, Meatloaf and Benidorm Tom were fantastic! A cheap few days away with a little bit of sunshine!

Room cleaned daily, great location, would definitely stay again! 👌

We were a tad apprehensive as this was our first time going away over the Christmas period - we had a fabulous time! The room was very spacious, with a big comfy sofa to lounge around on as well as tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The TV had several English channels, which was appreciated - it was good to nip down for breakfast/lunch and return to the room and relax, (especially so after Christmas Dinner) The suites aren't luxurious but are extremely clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. Christmas Dinner was amazing! There was so much choice and tasted absolutely delicious. It far exceeded our expectations. All the food was tasty, plentiful and hot - compliments to the chef/kitchen staff. The restaurant staff were efficient and also full of fun! We stayed AI and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of drinks on offer. Branded Baileys, Gordon's Gin and decent Soberano brandy. The white wine was exceptionally good too. The bar staff were brilliant and work so hard, but always with a smile on their faces. The hotel really pushed the boat out on Christmas day and we couldn't have wished for more. The entertainment during the day was so good - especially the male duo singing Motown songs. The entertainment team as a whole are wonderful and interact well with guests without being intrusive. From the moment we arrived we met so many friendly people, several of which were returning guests, which says it all. We had an absolutely fantastic weeks holiday, even though the weather was very poor and will definitely return. Thanks very much to all the staff for making Christmas 2025 such a happy one.

I have been visiting Sandos suites for 15 years now regularly,sadly after this visit I won’t be back.My friend and I went down for dinner and there was only one table available as it was very busy but had no cutlery on it,waitress called Monika shouted and put her arms out saying twice very loudly You can’t sit there,making a scene for other guests to see.I reported it and was told a warning would be issued but I would have preferred an apology by that member of staff herself,who clearly doesn’t know any manners and how to work in a customer based job.I had another booking for the hotel in September that I have paid extra for now to change hotels,sadly I won’t be back now!!!
