The surrounding mountains are spectacularly beautiful and the hotel is perfectly integrated u to its surrounding.

Some of the facilities are a little tired. Understandably it’s not easy to get good staff at such a remote location especially with so many hotels downtown. Some of the restaurant staff would benefit from a bit more training but overall, they were great.

The pool and hot tub are very nice.

The rooms are a little dated and the TV Must be original equipment. Its either 32 or 40 inches which is small for a resort.

We love everything. We have been twice now and will be back again.

Frühstück war immer sehr gut. Wir haben auch immer gerne im Restaurant gegessen. High Standard Thai-Kitchen und Western Kitchen, Getränkeauswahl auch erstklassig. Das Personal im Restaurant, aber auch in den anderen Bereichen ist äußerst höflich und hilft umgehend bei allen Angelegenheiten. Ich war 2 Tage krank, das Personal hat sich fast schon liebevoll um mich gekümmert. Das Gelände des Resort ist sehr steil. Zu Fuss etwas mühsehlig. Wir haben bei fast jeder Gelegenheit für den Transport Golftaxis angefragt. Die waren meist innerhalb von 30 Sekunden da und brachten uns an jeden Ort des Resorts. Ein wirklich perfekter Service. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort. Auch der Generalmanager deshalb oft Zeit gefunden, um am Tisch mit uns ein paar freundliche Worte zu wechseln.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau - die Bettpfosten standen etwas weit unter dem Bettgestell raus.. Hin und wieder machten die Zehen schmerzhafte Erfahrungen damit. - Das Gym ist nett gelegen, aber es ist nach allen Seiten offen. I.d.R. zu heiß, um zu um zu trainieren. Früh morgens ging es aber. Geräte könnten auch mehr da sein, aber da sind meine Ansprüche vielleicht auch zu hoch.

Everything about our stay was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the staff that work there. They were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. Our room was beautiful. The public pool and hot tub was great. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Our spa service was incredible. We can't wait to vacation here again.

We spent a magical four days at the Panviman Chiang Mai, one of the best hotels and locations we’ve ever visited! The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant and comfortable rooms, and the pool and grounds are excellent. The surrounding hills and views are stunning. We travelled as a family of four with our daughters aged five and seven and all the staff were so friendly and kind. We also loved the food at the hotel, both at the Panorama restaurant and the pool cafe - excellent quality and reasonably priced. Thank you, Panviman Chiang Mai, for making our stay with you such a special experience.
