I must say it’s a very peaceful resort and I like how you were able to be chauferred around. It’s a very hilly location and quite big but being able to be chauffered down steep hills is a good experience. Everyone was friendly from Security Guard down to Reception.

The common areas of the hotel as well as building architecture were beautiful. The breakfast had a large variety of delicious options and was served in a beautiful indoor/outdoor setting.

We felt the front desk staff was very inexperienced and insincere. The manager wasn’t very helpful either. Guests satisfaction was definitely not their priority.
