Alta Vista de Boracay

It was good to be out of town but with regular free shuttles to town. Close to 2 nice beaches. Pool & jacuzzi very nice. Staff exceptionally friendly, helpful. Good to have fridge & sink/cutlery/plates in room. Room a good size. Lovely grounds

Rooms were a bit dated/worn. Building works noisy into the night. Communication a bit erratic; no mention at check in of pool towels, laundry, convenience store , breakfast vouchers - you have to ask… but all worked smoothly.

Great views and nice hotel. The staff were great and accommodating.

Shuttle schedule method and frequency needs to be improved. Recommend to Shuttle guest from main gate up to lobby due to step hills. Not recommended for guests with small children or disabilities

the location is veey far from city & the bath tub in the CR is very prone to accident

The main lobby, pool and restaurant. All the staff and polite and ready to assist when approached.

Communication facilities. No staff available in the building where we are, had to ring from our mobile phone to contact desk. TV not functional. Need to upgrade facilties and assign more staff to assist clients. Access to shops quite a distance.

5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday.

2/6 nights review, Loft room. Staff are very polite and friendly, from reception, concierge, kitchen, drivers, and cleaners. The infinity pool is my favorite. I had second thought booking this hotel due to 'construction site noise', but I am glad I didnt cancel the booking.. it's not noisy at all considering that the construction site is just parallel to our room balcony. We decided to keep our booking for the next 4 nights.
