Cleanliness, aesthetics features promoting nature, room smells really nice, breakfast was good, staff very friendly and welcoming . Would like to mention Kuya Rey and Joseph at the restaurant.

Every thing for me is great. Being far from downtown is not a problem since there is free shuttle that has ac and very comfortable to ride on.

I love the location and the serenity of the area

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Seeing the wildlife. Good value for money with regular shuttle lifts to D'mall

A few more facilities like an Iron and Ironing board.

Beautiful heated infinity pool,scheduled 9 seater Toyota minibuses to town center and return,polite cautious and very helpful drivers

No sliding bar or adjustable head on shower head.A bath robe would be nice but only small issues.

Nice view from the pool Clean and well maintained Very nice and big rooms. I enjoyed the view from the balcony and quiet atmosphere. Shuttle to dm mall and puka beach. Breakfast is ok

Weak assistance for airport transfer. I think it would be better of hotel offers free shuttle and arrangement to the hotel. They charge enormous amount for the shuttle. We had to take etrike and go independently. The menu at the restaurant could be expanded with more options. At 1 dinner they brought half black shrimps to us in sinigan. This was unacceptable.

I liked that we have a breakfast buffet as I was expecting it was plated. I also liked the rooms because it is very comfortable and spacious.
