The staff is great! Although the location is a little far from whitebeach, they have free shuttle scheduled every hour so you can easily arrange a drop off and pick up.

Wifi js very slow in our room.

The hotel crew is amazing , Jon especially. The hotel manager was so nice and helpful. We planed on staying for 4 nights and ending up extending our stay 3 additional nights even due it was new years eve and the hotel was full they mange to give us a room. The hotel shuttle is really comfortable and they have at least 1 shuttle an hour. The spa is amazing, the pool is super clean and beautiful. Every issue we had they fix it right away. Highly recommended!

The restaurant can improve, there was a few things that was missing and the crew was not aware..
