Alta Vista de Boracay

I like the following below: 1. Free shuttle bus service from the hotel to D"mall and vice versa from morning to 10pm. 2. Breakfast buffet ( lots of choices and different menus every day) 3. Friendly and helpful staff 4. Respectful drivers and housekeepers 5. Great location (quiet and comfortable) 6. Swimming pool ( with a jacuzzi like pool)

Very nice hotel with very accommodating staffs.

The place is quite far but good thing there is free shuttle service.

The infinity pool was amazing and the room views were great. The quiet surroundings of the area was nice and the wild monkeys visiting in the mornings were cool too. The rooms were very nice and looked after, the staff are lovely and accomodating and friendly, the room was immaculate.

The shuttle bus schedule was too infrequent. I was hoping for a 1hr to 1.5hr shuttle service to D.Mall, would have been good. The breakfast variety, more different types of fruit, banana or strawberries, ice-cream option for pancakes and more steamed vegetable options, broccoli, carrot etc.

I loved the location and the room was very spacious...

The view was amazing. Lovely clean hotel. Lovely staff.

On call massues need to learn how to massage. Also no phone in rooms. This is inconvenient.

Location- highest location in Boracay, peaceful away from people , but has an annoying monkey that is aggressive, steals guests items is what I hear from the locals, very nice landscape, peaceful and breezy.

I don’t like the process of receptionist/front office , all manual recordings, lack of communications between staff, not aware of guest booking details such as number of guests room number , room key is horrible. Although Filipinos are respectful because I am a Filipino myself, but the facilities especially front lobby has to have a better system and more efficient so not to annoyed guest with unnecessary questions and repeated process. Like this facility does not accept any visa and Mastercard room deposits .. this is one start hotel for sure. No telephone line inside the room, TV is horrendous can’t get any signal, also one incident about the free van ride back and forth to station 2 where all the tourist goes. Van service does not follow protocols, one driver uses it for personal despite having my appointment and the number of my family and appointment time is exact. Food is okay , staff are efficient in the restaurant
