Voi Florio Resort

Cet hôtel est bien situé, proche de l'aéroport et de Palerme en navette. Il est très bien entretenu. Le personnel de l'accueil et du bar sont sympathiques mais manque de convivialité, rigide, pas d'humour. L'ambiance générale est beaucoup trop strict et sérieuse pour un site de vacances. L'équipe du restaurant est parfaite, toujours le sourire et sympathique comme l'équipe du ménage. La restauration est plutôt moyenne. Le service au bar est très contraignant, il faut présenter une carte et ensuite signer le ticket de caisse... Ce n'est pas le bar avec un esprit vacances... du coup on n'a pas envie de consommer... Si l'on se trouve au bord de la piscine et qu'on a soif il faut tout d'abord sécher et ensuite se rhabiller sinon on ne nous sert pas... A revoir !!! L'équipe d'animation FRAM a assuré mais devait se tenir au règles une fois de plus trop stricts de l'hôtel du coup peu d'ambiance. Beaucoup de vacanciers retraités (de 60 à + de 80 ans ) italiens. La piscine est surveillée mais encore une fois avec des règles qui ne permettent pas aux enfants de jouer dans l'eau, ballons, petites balles etc... interdit pour ne pas déranger les gens... alors que la piscine est très grande et permet aux gens qui veulent être tranquille de s'isoler dans l'eau. Je conseille cet hôtel à des personnes recherchant le calme et la tranquillité uniquement.

I admit to selecting the hotel as convenient overnight near Palermo's airport. This was a mistake, as I would like to have taken more time. Yes, it is close to the airport (and in fact would make a good "planespotters" vacation combined with the seaside). The package I reserved on Travelocity included dinner and breakfast, so surprisingly economical. The pool was lovely, the ocean views nice. The views the opposite direction, to the imposing mountains, was equally beautiful, especially at sunset. I didn't see a direct access to the beach (maybe I missed it), but a nearby beachfront for the town of Cinisi was within an easy walk. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable, and quiet (mine was in a separate building beyond the pool). Dinner was a buffet, with a large selection. It was... fine. Not the best I'd had in Palermo, but satisfying nevertheless. The hotel resort appears to cater to package tours, and the clientele during my stay was largely French, which included a French-Italian karaoke/dancce event. Not what I expected to see in Sicily, but fun anyhow.

Una bella struttura, anche se la camera è un po' datata. Magnifica la piscina e ottimo il servizio. Spiaggia riservata e mare molto bello. Ristorante superlativo!

Aria condizionata rumorosa e disponibile solo da13:00 alle 01:00. Da non credere. Tessera servizi e Wi-Fi obbligatorio a pagamento a persona e al giorno, quindi 5 euro a dispositivo e al giorno, ditelo prima che sorprese sul posto non ne vogliamo.

Proche de l'aéroport surtout en cas d'arrivée tardive.

Wir haben das Florio Park Hotel gewählt, da es nahe dem Flughafen gelegen ist. Bereits beim ersten Betreten des Zimmers ist man enttäuscht. Das Mobiliar ist abgewohnt und teilweise beschädigt. Insgesamt versprüht das Hotel wenn überhaupt einen Charma dann den der 80er Jahre. Das Personal ist unfreundlich, das Frühstück war eine Frechheit (das schlechteste von 10 Hotels auf unserem Roadtrip), ein Shuttle in die Stadt oder zum Flughafen ist nicht verfügbar. Der Pool hat Öffnungszeiten von 09.00 Uhr - 12.30 Uhr und ab 15.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr. Man sagte uns das wäre in Italien so üblich - auch hier strafen die 10 anderen besuchten Hotels auf Sizilien das Florio Park lügen. Zum Schluss wurden dann noch 10 € für die obligatorische Florio Park Card erhoben (für zwei Personen) Diese Gebühr fällt für die Nutzung von WLAN, Tennisplatz und Pool an: der Pool ist den halben Tag geschlossen, Tennis hat dort niemand gespielt und das WLAN war zwar verfügbar aber unglaublich langsam. Ein Hotel das man sich absolut sparen kann. Entrtäuschung ist dort vorprogrammiert

The room was outdated and had no carpeting. Beds were small and not comfortable. AC did not work adequately. The shower head was broken. There was no elevator to move suitcases. The hotel had a spa, but there was no fitness center contrary to what is described.

This hotel works well with Americans. Staff was in contact before our trip to answer questions we had about getting transportation to the Palermo Airport at 6 AM. They arranged the taxi pick up for us and everything worked out wonderfully.

L'emplacement est superbe, les installations sont confortables et la chambre est bien. L'accès au service wifi est médiocre et la qualité de la restauration inférieure à la qualité de l'établissement. L'équipe d'animation est agréable et à l'écoute des clients.

Needed a hotel close by PMO airport as there is limited transportation options for travelers with flights departing before 9am. Hotel was very close to the airport, staff was courteous and helpful.
