The pool is great. Hotel clean and attractive My only complaint was that our room was above the bar area and loud music every night until midnight was annoying. On the first night the staff told me it was a one off but it happened every night. I asked to move rooms but the hotel was full.

Easy hotel to spend time in. Staff very helpful. Food tasty and plentiful. Only one complaint and that is a number of dogs barking all at once during the night.

Our third stay, at this lovely hotel. Great location on the beach. Great staff. Manager very attentive and accomadating. We are planning our forth stay for next Summer. We love this Hotel, it has everything a great vacation is expected of!

Very close to the airport!--convenient for late night arrival or early departure. Right on the sea shore--nice views and grounds, but significant airplane noise, particularly during takeoffs, which start pretty early in the morning. Good breakfast buffet. WiFi in the lobby area. Pleasant rooms; parking free.

Located overlooking a nice beach and convenient to the airport. Not so convenient to outside restaurants unless you have a car. Very nice pool area and bar.

The hotel is large with a nice pool but does not have direct access to the beach. Our room was very warm and had little or no AC. The bathroom was tiny and not laid out very well. This hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants or attractions. The beach is a 20 min hike to get to. The buffet food serve at the hotel is below par and we could not recomend it.

Starting with positives, the hotel looks as though it has good facilities, it was raining but there were tennis courts etc. There was also a rather pricey spa available. We had paid ahead of time on expedia, and as we had booked 2 rooms, and paid together, they only gave us one card for the bar, which was inconvenient with 2 couples staying. They were brusque, rude, and clearly wanted to deal with us quickly to get us out of the way on check in. Dinner was a buffet, with no food available for vegetarians (me), and cost 35 euros for a ticket for this meal. This is totally unacceptable in my opinion, as the best they could offer me was a plate of salad. We ended up going outside the hotel. The wireless was very expensive and only worked in the lobby. We needed to print out our tickets, we asked 6 (SIX!!!) times at reception, and were told that they were too busy, with 3 staff at an empty desk! Eventually, at 11pm, we said we would pay for the prints, and then they grudgingly printed them, (I don’t think they did charge us for this in the end). Other niggles… the beach is NOT private as advertised, instead they have their own gate to a public beach. It seemed nice, except when we tried to access the beach, it was locked. This is a package holiday hotel, and it’s clear once they have their numbers in they don’t really care about keeping up any standard of service. I have stayed in far superior and cheaper 4 star hotels in Sicily. The customer service here is appalling.

Great hotel if you do not want to leave the complex. The hotel has been built in a very run down area and you do get an uneasy feeling when you arrive. There are electric gates, a huge wall surrounding and security guards. There are no facilities outside of the hotel, not good if you like eating with the locals. There is a beach below the hotel which looked quite pleasant but very messy, the locals don't take their rubbish home at the end of the day.

Great location for flights out of Palermo. Super swimming pools, nice bar. Did not eat buffet dinner or breakfast as several coach tours there and dining room lacked atmosphere. Ate around corner at great pizzeria. Room comfortable enough and bathroom large and efficient but air conditioning did not work - roof outside window made it impossible to leave windows open, thus sweltering. Television also did not work at all and shower head broken. It was too late at night to start requesting another room but it made the stay rather miserable. I had to leave at 0700 so did not spend much time in the room but since the major facilities in the room (AC, TV, Shower) did not work then I feel they do not take care of the rooms, although the public rooms ok.
