The house was amazing the proprietors were friendly and enjoyable to talk to and the real owners after we met those fabulous furry friends we were in love. The company and breakfast were amazing.

"Cozy stay, delish breakfast, cute dogs!"

The Maples was a cozy stay, and Cheryl’s breakfasts were delicious. Comfy bed, spiffy space heater warmed us against the New Hampshire freeze, and a couple great dogs for petting. I’m not crazy about a shared bathroom, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Darling B&B in the lovely town of Warner. Historic house with spacious bedrooms that are beautifully decorated. Innkeeper was delightful and cooked us two outstanding breakfasts each morning. Highly recommend!

"Wow! Memorable experience we won't forget!"

The best way to describe this place is Wow! For a turn of the century property it has all the charm you would expect in a house of that era and with 21st century upgrades like wi-fi and a modern bathroom. We ate dinner in the little town that was in walking distance and had a great meal. The following day Cheryl, the proprietor, made us a fantastic breakfast complete with local maple syrup and fruit. I really felt at home. Like I was staying with friends or family complete with pets :) After breakfast we walked around the area to enjoy the scenery during the day and had a great time looking at the fall colors along the small river that winds nearby with a picturesque covered bridge. I can't say enough about how great this stop was. Highly recommended!

Beautiful historic house, room was beautiful, heater in the room, very kind owner, Cheryl made us an amazing breakfast. She also drives to look for fall colors for her guests so that they will know where to go to see the leaves changing color. Very friendly pets.
