Plaques de cuisine qui ne fonctionne pas. Je n’ai pas pu faire cuire des pâtes durant 3 nuits !! C’est simple nous avons mis 25 mn pour chauffer un café dans une cafetière italienne ! Inadmissible ! Tout est fait pour que vous consommiez au restaurant. Nous avons demandé à changer de logement car nous étions plongé dans le noir et très étonnant de rentrer dans le logement par la chambre. Odeur très désagréable. Ustensiles de cuisine manquant. Les femmes de ménage très bruyante et sans aucune gêne envers le client. Trop de proximité avec les voisins. Les logements ne correspondent pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles !!!

We stayed at Fattoria Degli Usignoli during our visit to Tuscany. The location was convenient for exploring the Tuscany region and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff were generally helpful and supportive during our stay. Access to the room was easy, and the room itself was spacious enough and comfortable for a few days. Also the parking area was quite big. No problem with that. Overall, the experience was decent and the hotel worked well as a base for visiting the area

However, there were several aspects that did not meet our expectations. The room was not as clean as expected, especially the bathroom, which did not seem to be cleaned properly. In general, there was quite a difference between the photos shown on Booking and the actual condition of the room. While the exterior of the property had charm and character, the room itself felt more outdated than expected. Even though we visited in early May, the nights were cold and we could not get the air conditioning/heating system to work. Both units had blinking green lights, but despite trying with the controller multiple times, we were unable to turn them on. Another disappointing point was that no room service came during our entire stay(6 days) to change towels or make the bed. We also noticed a document mentioning an extra charge of 50 euros if dishes were left uncleaned, which felt a bit excessive. The Wi-Fi connection was also weak, to the point where streaming a YouTube video without interruptions was difficult. Finally, there were always a few bugs inside the room when we returned, even though we kept the windows closed. That said, being in the open countryside, this part is somewhat understandable

Obiekt super na 2-3 dni Piękne widoki i teren obiektu W ciepłe dni można fajnie spędzić czas na basenie - kąpiel słoneczna i wodna (baśń czyszczony na bieżąco) Śniadania trochę monotonne, w większości na słodko,ciasta,rogaliki, mało warzyw Pieczywo, jaja, wedlinki, serki,jogurty świeże i uzupełniane na bieżąco,brak jednak miejscowych specjałów Możliwość jazdy konnej Ogólnie miło i sympatycznie

Bardzo słaby internet

La fattoria degli usignoli è uno di quei posti che quando ci arrivi, pensi che la natura è veramente meravigliosa! Ci hanno assegnato un monolocale molto carino. Siamo stati bene, campo da calcio, campo da tennis tanto verde per i nostri bambini, abbiamo cenato al ristorante prenotando appena arrivati nulla da eccepire abbiamo mangiato bene pagando il giusto.

La cosa che mi è dispiaciuta è che abbiamo fatto le docce con gran fatica l’acqua calda del nostro appartamento usciva a filo, ma non l’ho neanche segnalato alla reception dovendo restare una sola notte ci siamo arrangiati.
