Hotel Fattoria degli Usignoli

Precis ett sånt hotell man ska bo på i Toscana! Området jättefint med parker och fantastiska vyer och solnedgångar. Hotellet hög klass med populär och genuin Italiensk restaurang. Frukosten var god italiensk frukost. Fri parkering nära rummen med våra motorcyklar.

Man bör ha bil eller mc då det ligger en bit utanför en stad men för oss var detta inget problem

Firstly it was quite hard to get to the place. Lots of narrow winding roads. When we finally reached the place it took another 15 mins to find a way to enter the compound. Google map took us to a dirt track leading to a fence. When we got back to what looked like the front, there was a chain and a barrier across the road. We had to get out from the car in the rain to find a way to lift the barrier. By chance, we pushed a button which lifted the barrier. Then there were no signs on where the reception was. After driving around we finally guessed where it was. Got keys went to our room. Zero views from the room. Room was really old and dated and poorly maintained. Hair blower had brownish stains and not working. Hand soap was provided for everything from hair shampoo to shower gel to hand soap. The aircon, heater remote was nowhere to be found.. Room was cold. One bed sheet cover provided. Thankfully, we found two blankets in the cupboard, but there were 3 of us. Simply said, we wanted to go to bed, sleep it over and leave quickly in the morning. We skipped breakfast in the morning and left at 7 am. One good thing I should say was the evening receptionist was helpful with directions.

Bellissima struttura con piscina , campetti da calcio e tennis, maneggio e tanto altro, ottima anche la colazione con tanta varietà di prodotti , personale Top!

La posizione della struttura, la vista sulla campagna, la piscina tenuta bene, il giardino e il complesso in generale

Le camere sono abbastanza vecchie e potrebbero essere migliorate, soprattutto infissi, bagno e illuminazione (quasi assente). Il materasso era abbastanza scomodo e i cuscini sottilissimi. Il condizionatore non funzionava. È un peccato perché la struttura gode di un'ottima posizione e di grande potenziale. In più, a fine soggiorno ti lasciano un bigliettino con scritto che se lasci una recensione a 5 stelle ti regalano una notte gratis, il che non mi sembra il massimo della correttezza. Da quello che avevo letto infatti mi aspettavo di più, anche se il giudizio complessivo è positivo.

Big property with nice facilities. The apartment we had was really spacious and clean.
