Not clean at all. Checked in. Stayed for 10 minutes and left keys at the front desk. Did not feel comfortable at all!

The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the castle. Francois is an absolute charm! He goes above and beyond for his guest’s and his staff. We loved every minute of our stay and are already planning our next visit! Please don’t pass on an opportunity to stay here. You won’t regret it.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Food was amazing, the rooms are incredible, the service unmatched!

Meals were delicious ! The french onion soup......10 out of 10!! It was nice to have a K-Cup coffee maker so we could make coffee as soon as we got up

It would have been nice to have rinse cups in the bathroom

The mansion is gorgeous, was decorated beautifully for the holiday, and I love the history of the building. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable.

There were some organizational issues that made our visit not as good as it had been in 2019. We were not able to access the hot tub due to a door being locked, there was no staff presence at night, and our spa treatment started 15 minutes late due to staffing issues. Not any deal breakers and the staff were nice and resolved other issues quickly, but it felt more like a BNB rather than a resort experience.
