Henderson Castle Inn

I loved the historical elements of the house. It was so beautiful!

The Italian room seems like it need a little more restoration done. The chipping paint and drafts around windows. I still loved the place.

It was beautifully decorated for the holidays

Well first off we booked a room that said it has a jacuzzi tub in the room and when we arrived and got to are room there was no jacuzzi tub but the staff did inform us that there was a room we could switch to and they apologized for the Mistake. So we get to the new room it’s significantly small but there is a jacuzzi tub so we get back from dinner and start to fill the tub up and go to turn it on and the breaker trips and there is no one around to help you I messaged them as soon as it happened at 11:15pm and never got help till 3:30 am when everything just came back on waking us up…. And then to top it all off the only heat in the room is a space heater and that’s why the breaker tripped in the first place is because you can’t run the tub and the heater at the same time!!!! So I bring this up to the gentleman that checked me out and he didn’t have anything to say about compensation for the conditions of the room or lack of ability to use half of the amenities provided in the room

Historic. Welcoming. Great rooms.

I remember many years ago everything was so overgrown on that Hill you couldn't even see the castle. The owner has done an exceptional job. I was blown away with all the Antiques in the old furniture that was in every room it was exquisite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities are beautiful. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were nice. I was totally Blown Away with our original everything seem to be let alone the fact that it was working. I mean the gas lamps were converted to Electric it was amazing and not only see but to use such nostalgic furniture that was constructed for the very rich. I would highly recommend anybody to book at least one night there so you would need more to see everything and take it all in.. Thank you Henderson Castle. I know you must put in a huge amount of work to keep that place the way it is let alone you had to have done to get it there. Five stars ☆☆☆☆☆

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave so early to get to work. I would have loved to spend some more time there and taking some of the tours. However that just gives me an excuse to come back which I definitely will.

It was weird to have the bathroom without walls right in bedroom space

It was beautiful and the cocktails were good. The bed was comfy, and the staff was amazing.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the chophouse is very expensive and was out of our price range so we were unable to try their food

the castle was really interesting. We loved the decor. The hostess was exceptional she was very accomodating and super helpful and nice she was the hostess, waitress, bartender she did it all. Dinner and breakfast were phenomenal. The messages and spa were excellent. we will definitely go back again

walking up 3 floors but only because i have a heel injury, The music but only because we don't listen to that genre but it goes well with the ambiance
