Henderson Castle Inn

We stayed in the Italian Room, It was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable! Large room. Staff are all friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious! Hot tub on the roof!

Bathroom was not clean.

Beautiful grounds and friendly staff.

Too much furniture crammed into the room. Hot water constantly ran in tub making room musty and moldy smelling. No outlets near bed to plug in electronics.

Everything. Very comfortable and quiet place. Had a nice romantic weekend

Would have liked a better breakfast abd hot tub seemed dirty.

Bed was very comfortable and staff was super helpful and friendly..

We had a very Small room and jet tub would not work correctly. There are larger rooms, so need to make sure we get the larger one picked out on are next stay..

It’s truly historical and beautiful. The gardens are gorgeous.

There isn’t staff readily available to reach out to. I had a few issues. I left voice mails as no staff were able to answer the phone. So missed several communications regarding a leaking toilet basin. Three days in, the plumber did repair, however the towels I used to soak up the leaking water were left behind. The room sadly smelled of urine. Yet overall. I did love it.

Everything. The decor is gorgeous.
