positive points:- for the price i paid for a 4 night break the hotel was excellent value for money much bigger than it looks in pics. food was plentyful and nice, evening meals were all traditional food. aircon in rooms was excellent too. loads of space around etc. Negative points:- nearly all staff were rude and unhelpful, didnt even smile. Ordering drinks took a long time, the pool towel man disappears for long periods so if u dont have your towel its too bad. I asked for a hairdryer 3 times it never arrived, no plug in the bath so hand held shower it was although quite powerful. i asked for a pool view room as per someone on heres review i didnt get it, the road view is quite noisy, i couldnt be bothered to change it. There is not much near hotel but taxis are cheap and there is a little shopping complex 5 mins walk with a few nice restaurants in there. There were no english staying at the hotel when we were there, i can only assume this was as there was no alcohol !

This is a great luxury hotel with many amenities love it.

I'll recommend it for people looking for a quiet place, I used it only for sleeping and breakfast for 2 nights but even though I can feel the politeness and welcoming of the staff. But also I'll not recommend it for people without a private car as it is quite far from the city in an area where it is difficult to find a Taxi.

Great place as a base to explore. A massive supermarket nearby. Free bus service to town centre and back every 2 hours.

Used it as "airport hotel", one night only. Nice location near the airport, a bit far from Medina, hotel looks new, nice parking space, professional staff. Lots of WiFi hotspots.

We stay there for 4 nights, the hotel is ok for a 4 star we we're expecting a bit more, the outside look old and need to be repaint, the room was of really good size, but in need of more attention to detail, the bathtub was dirty with some hair from the last guest when we came in. The shower was leaking, i ask 3 times the reception to get it fixed but i had to ask a fourth times, the hotel staff was ok, but we order room service on the first night, the menu is quite limited for a 4 star, the waiter that came to deliver it was a bit cold and it got worse over the day as we didn't give him any tips on the first night, i work in hospitatity in England and if my service was different depending on the tips i will be out of work really fast. Overall for the price we enjoy the stay in the hotel but it will be even better with the staff could be friendly and more attentive.

The hotel was perfect for my five day visit. My room was clean and comfortable. It was great having wi-fi! The waiters were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The hammam (downstairs spa) was so relaxing.

The entrance and lobby were magnificent. Breakfast was good. The rooms were minimalist with dated decor and no upkeep. Air Conditioning was broken, showers were broken, refrigerator...broken. Check in took a very long time and the process was not clear. i.e., we had to go to a different counter to pay taxes that weren't included in the online reservation. They seemed put out that they were having to deal with an 'agent' reservation.

The rooms here are fine but the staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful, the shuttle bus gets very full and not very frequent, and the sunbeds need replacing. However, it's relatively cheap so fine to stay at if you're not fussed about being nearer the souks, and the rooms are a good size.

Really good Riad in the centre of marrakech. The rooms were quant and well kept. The staff came and met us from our taxi as we didn't know the way there. For the money it's a great place to stay. My only complaint is that because of the design of the rooms you could hear people quite loudly when they were coming or going. Especially at breakfast time.
