Guests highly rate the considerate staff and frequently praise the comfortable bed.
They charged me twice for the room. Asked for more towels .. never got em. There is people living at the hotel.
I booked a room with this hotel and unfortunately I did not get to stay at the hotel. The service from which I booked the hotel booked a room where there were no vacancies. Also the hotel was unable to book a room until the following morning, in which I couldn’t wait because I needed to be gone the next morning. I have always liked the hotel, but this visit left a bad impression.

The rooms were nice although the bed was a little harder than what I'm used to the staff was nice
