The room had ROACHES and BEDBUGS. The hotel had to change my room because of the BUgs And ROACHES
Not a place to bring children to due to the "activity" that happens there. Housekeeping didn't clean, empty the trash or provide clean towels and such. The floor was dirty, made my feet black after I got out of the shower. No lock on the bathroom door and holes as if someone punched the wall. Bugs.
Hotel Room was really in need of remodeling carpet frayed and it had bugs

I liked that the front desk clwrk was nice and willing to help us . what i didnt like is the fact that we were put in a filthy room with flies all over both beds and no a/c in 90 degree weather.

Old motel, shabby, tiny lobby, room ugly, no pics on wall, toilet ran all night, only 1 lamp in room, broken. Clock didn't work. Heater noisey, sleepless night. TV difficult to operate. Noise in parking lot. Nasty, dirty bathroom, peeling wallpaper, dirty commode. Poor lighting in room.
The absolute worst stay I have ever experienced. Roaches dead and alive, overwhelming smell( of dead roaches and smoke) I reserved a non smoking room but was told there were none available. Toilet ran all night. The smell. Paint peeling off the wall. The smell. We checked in late, around 9pm. Didnt go to the room right away, went to dinner first. Got to the room around 10pm and found this disaster. I decided I would eat the cost and look for room at another hotel. There were 2 big events in this small town that weekend and therefore, no rooms were available anywhere. Our only option was to sleep in our car. We stayed the night and promptly left @ 8am the next morning. If you assume I am exagerating in any way and decide to stay at the econo lodge in goldsboro, nc, you will regret your stay.
