Good location, all appliances worked well, surprisingly quiet for being so close to railway station, friendly staff.

The building feels old and bathroom cupboard doors either didn’t shut properly or were hard to open. Cold at night in bedrooms but no extra blankets in the cupboard (realised too late to call reception)
