Amazing staff

The apartment had an unpleasant smell, not properly cleaned. All furniture needs replacement. The mattress might have been the worse part of the stay.

After an argument the stuff helped to move to another room

They gave us a disability access room. No shower screen, all water went to all the floor in the bathroom. Smelly rooms, very outdated, need a huge renovation, the balcony was full of cigarettes butts, no full blockout curtains, only 7 floors, only one elevator that is sooooo slow, no aircon in bedroom. CONSTRUCTION SITE IS NEXT DOOR, DIGGING THE STONE GROUND, check out - we had to wait for 20min for elevator to go from level 1 to ground floor car park, as cleaners clogged the lift going each floor.....We didn't like it. Receptionist was OK. Never again

Too much noise from building works next to hotel noise started at 06-45 am notification in lift stated works would start at 09-00 am. wouldn't stay again until works completed.
