The location,the room size, and it was quiet

Housekeeping didn't clean my room. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and wipe down Nighy stands and clean the bathroom.

I have been trying to call this hotel to manage my late check in due to my late flight. But no one answered the phone!!! I haven’t checked in yet but I’m not certain if anyone will be there when I get there.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny square lumpy pillows. The carpets smelled like wet dog. The air conditioner/ heater hadn’t been cleaned so it smelled. The water smelled like dirt. The toilet was broken. It was horrible.
