USSmell, very worn old sheets that looked stained. Elevator not working and I had to walk up four flights is stairs with a recently replaced knee. A dog at the front desk.

The second floor smells VERY musty. You could smell it as soon as you got off the elevator. The smell never went away. The room smelled musty, too. We were sneezing and coughing. The room was not very clean. The bathroom floor had not been touched. The shower was rusty at the bottom. We will not return.

The air conditioning unit had a bad bearing that made noise all night , so I didn’t sleep well , the elevator button on the first floor didn’t work so I had to take the stairs, my room 213 and the entire second floor smelled like mold ,the NHRA races were in ennis so the room rate was super high $273 and I was in town for a funeral not the races , I asks for a discount and because i booked through booking.com the staff couldn’t give me a break , the experience was terrible, I checked out as soon as I could in the morning, I didn’t want to eat breakfast because of the mold smell .

The moldy smell of the room. We were booked for 9/10-11/25. We checked out 9/11 because the moldy smell of the room was so terrible. This property should be closed for deep cleaning, including replacement of the sources of the horrible moldy stench.
