Quiet and clean.. pleasant stay
First, bath had no body wash, 2 conditioners and 1 shampoo, my room was cleaned 1 time in 5 days, pan cake machine outnof order for 2 days, toaster one side didn't work and the side that did... toasted only 1 side. Swimming pool out of order, Laundry machines out of order, TV didn't allow FireStick, no fruits at breakfast, repeated menu.. eggs and Sausage ..eggs and potatoes. Sometimes they had boiled eggs. Last morning they were out of plates.
Great stay. Comfortable and clean. Only downside was the pool and hot tub were out of order.

Our room had ants in the bathroom on the counter coming from the mirror.

USThe receptionist was friendly and the dog were literally the best part of the stay! Also the soaps from the shower were lovely.
The room was dirty which I could have let go because i was tired. But the pull out sofa had food and trash in it and the drawer from the living area had previous guest items in it.
Was supposed to stay in this hotel while currently attending swift academy at the beginning of march and was told wenhad to stay at the super 8 next door which was the overflow hotel because they didnt have room which is understandable.took 2 weeks to get moved here and through the week ive been here theres been no type of room service involving cleaning or restock of anything in almost any of our rooms.one of my class mates informed me that the front desk told him we dont get every day room service because its for normal paying customers which is insane because Swift is paying this hotel for us to bunk here during academy.we have to go to the front desk to ask for new towels and trash bags,rooms and bathroom dont get cleaned,and nothing gets restocked.the bathtub over flows just fron taking a shower as if its clogged and it isnt just my room.we had way better service at the super 8 overflow hotel.if youre coming to this hotel in the future for swift academy try your best to stay at super 8.
