Food was not well cooked. Long wait at check in. Room door was not secure. Damaged chain lock and beam beside door. Room service isn’t room service. Had to walk to restaurant downstairs to pick up and carry food to room. Mattress too old and hard.

Decent, modest, clean

First off I must say the staff were great. But weird at check in they handed us remote for the TV and AC unit. Had to return to reception for bath towels and floor mat.We were only staying for 1 night to fly out early to Brisbane. Didn’t want to make the early morning drive from the coral coast. All good till the next morning only to find bed bugs. Upon further examination, noticed the bed linen had blood stains so obviously hadn’t been changed. Seemed normal when mentioned to staff about it. She mentioned to Security guard to lock down room to get it steamed for bugs. You get what you pay for. $45USD Room 503

Rooms were huge and spacious which was a welcome surprise.

The TV didn't work and they should provide snaks and condiments in the room.

We were sent here due to missing our connecting flight to NZ. On arrival, when asked about wifi and internet, we were told the hotel does not offer wifi/internet. What sort of place doesnt give this sort of service! You are also handed over a remote for the aircon, a remote for the TV and one towel and bathmat. This happens at reception, which was weird. Aircon remote didnt work, and my colleagur had cockroaches in her room, and no toilet paper (easy enough to just ring for this). The towels had stains on them, and my shower had no hot water. Only good thing were the staff. Do not recommend staying here. We tried to move but everything was full.

I wished I read the Reviews I would not have stayed. The room was not ready or not cleaned no towels no blanket on the bed but the bed was so needed to be replaced worst night no sleep a man screaming also did not help and the bedding really needs to be replaced as the stains are off putting We were given towels tea and milk when we went to tell the receptionist so what we seen in the picture of the room is not what we got

Its an old motel and facilities very limited. However i stay there because its a very good price for what you get
